To clean the display, use a non-alcohol based cleaner like a LCD cleaner. Be sure to remove all dust, static, and sweat. For the pen nib, use a soft fabric to clean it gently.

Recommended cleaners

• iKlear Spray Bottle
• 3M Screen Cleaner (Alcohol-free version)

Note: Do not spray too much or wipe too hard. It’s recommended that you read the specific cleaning product instructions before using it. 

Kindly initiate the cleaning process by gently using a soft cloth dampened with water. Should this prove ineffective, you may then proceed to use alcohol.

If there’s any persistent lipstick residue adhered to the back, it can be efficiently removed with the application of a makeup remover.

When switching from one page to another, you might see afterimages appear on the screen. This is due to the limitations of the current E-Ink technology and hence a normal phenomenon. 

To refresh the screen and clear afterimages, simply slide up on the right sidebar or the left sidebar (if you own an A6 X2 Nomad).

• Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Settings in the top menu bar. 
• Tap Drive. 
• Log in to your Supernote Account: If you haven’t already logged in, enter your Supernote account credentials to proceed. Skip this step if you are already logged in.
• Toggle Auto Sync to ON. 
• Swipe down from the top of the screen again to view the syncing progress.
